Chris observed the ceiling water leak in the bedroom area as well as inspecting in the attic taking pictures of the leak and damage. Within 2 days he returned with 3 members of his crew with extra roof shingles, plywood and specialized rubberized gasket material to stop any future additional leaks. The crew removed damaged shingles and wood roof sheathing which took 3 hours. While working Chris and his crew were taking pictures of what they were doing so I could see exactly the damage and subsequent repair.

After repairing the affected area the roof crew inspected and caulked other questionable areas while identifying other improper workmanship.

American Construction was a pleasure to work with from the initial phone call. The design process was super easy and really allowed us to visualize how our home would look with the entire exterior replaced. The on site build team was great even in the extreme summer heat and checked with us periodically to make sure we liked everything. Overall we are super happy with the finished project.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Greg was wonderfully informative and professional when he arrived for the estimate. My husband Tom & I were impressed with the service from the get go. Greg was very active communicating updates prior and during installation. His service alone was outstanding! As for the installation, I was very impressed! Joe, the on site supervisor, and the crew went above and beyond to respect and protect our garden. Every crew member was wonderful and very professional. After installation they cleaned as though no construction crew was there. As for the product, the new roof and gutters are amazing. The difference is outstanding! I didn’t know how important a new up-to-date roof was until we had one! The house is cooler from the updated ridge vent, the central air conditioning doesn’t have to work as hard to cool down the house. The price was better than all other estimates for the same service. I am thoroughly impressed with American Construction! I would recommend them to everyone! They are an above stellar company!

American Construction just finished siding my 90 yo home and remediation of asbestos tiles. Their work is beyond reproach. The quality of the work is terrific. They use the highest quality materials. The sales/project manager Greg Dobkin was incredible. He was responsive and accommodating throughout the entire project from explaining costs and getting me the best deal possible to making sure I was happy every step of the way. On short notice, American Construction came out to inspect the entire exterior siding and stone veneer of a home my husband and I were under contract to purchase. Greg was super helpful and kind, taking the time to explain and inform me of every thing he found while walking the perimeter.We discussed flashing, correct drainage and caulking, the importance of weatherproofing, and the possibility of past termite damage in rotted wood. The only other time I learned so much about a home was during inspection.The next day, Chris and Greg both called to talk over the estimate they were creating and discuss my needs for my estimate to take to the seller of the property. I plan to use them for any future projects. I can’t describe the relief I felt at working with them. They honestly deserve more than five stars.

After being recommended by the siding manufacturer, we met with Greg, the operations manager, to go over everything. He answered all of our questions and concerns and explained exactly what they would do (even showing us a computer image of what the house would look like). His crew was great! Greg was very respectful and kept to his word his crew of 3 was totally amazing, Greg the man in charge answered every call I made to him and always had the right answer! The crew also was outstanding they did this job in one week, the Dumpster and port-a-potty was removed immediately after the job was finished. We were looking to have our siding, windows and gutters replaced – we read the reviews on American Construction’s website and decided to give them a call. We met with the Sales Rep Greg Dobkin and we were very impressed with him and his knowledge of the different products. After speaking with him we decided to go with American Construction. When the job began we were so excited to see our vision coming to life. The crews for all the different parts of the project were amazing, they arrived on schedule, did amazing work and always cleaning up . Greg was always there if we had any questions.
